Go to Program Files>Filter Forge 9>plugin folder.
The first error would be the plugin would not show up at all in the filters menu. Had a hard time finding info on how to do this, so I made this post to help others in my situation. I got a few errors when trying to use Filter Forge 9 as a plugin in Adobe CC Photoshop 2020 in Win 10.
